This survey will help us understand your views on what work we should prioritise in our long-term work plan, called the Water Services Strategy. We will consult on the draft plan in March 2027.

Our communities are better protected from flooding and associated damage during heavy rain.

We reduce harm to the environment by sending less sewage to landfill after the wastewater treatment process, through finding new ways to reuse it.
